I am having some issues with my current host trying to run MyBB (Forum Software) as it pertains to mod_security needing to be disabled for it to work correctly (see http://wiki.mybboard.net/index.php/Help:Mod_security for more info) Now here is my question would MyBB work correctly here at ScarabWeb?

Also forgot to ask do you guys auto-renew hosting until its canceled like my old host, i wasn't too fond of how they would just attempt to renew, assuming that i wanted to renew and taking the money out of my account when it came time to renew rather than letting me decide and if i wanted to cancel i had to let them know before my current hosting period expired or else they would just charge me.

I noticed that you opened a ticket with these questions as well. We have replied to your questions via the ticket, but will repeat them here too for future reference.

Mod_security is enabled on our servers, but is is possible to disable it per account, so it should not be a problem to run MyBB.

About account renewals, this is how they work with us. You will always receive an automated invoice one week prior to your account renewal. It is then up to you to either pay the invoice and renew the service for another billing period, or to let us know that you wish to discontinue the service.
