Postby blezzmy on Wed Jun 30, 2010 4:09 pm

Hi... i am beginner here..

I am from Malaysia and buy hosting from there. But when i check again maybe that company has partner with your hosting because the url of my cpanel come from here.

All I want to know is it username and password for WHM is same as username and password for Cpanel?
If not, what is the default username and password for my WHM?

Because when i receive email from my webhosting, there are only have FTP hostname and Cpanel but not WHM.

I know the url of my WHM but i dont know my username and password... can somebody help me?

Actually, i am not fully understand whether all user will have WHM or for resellers only.

Recently, i buy SSL Cert from Geotrust and follow the following steps
---> OK 5. Under the Upload a New Certificate section, click on the Browse button and find your Primary Certificate (yourdomain.crt) that you downloaded in the first step. Or if you have copied the contents of your primary certificate from the email, paste it in the box labeled: "Paste the crt below". To access the text version of your certificate, open it with a text editor. When copying and pasting your certificate, include the BEGIN and END tags.

---> OK 6. Click the Upload button.

---> OK 7. Click Go Back and click Return to SSL Manager at the bottom of the page.

---> Problems begin here 8. Click on Setup a SSL certificate to work with your site. If this option is not available, your web host may have disabled it. You will need to contact them about how to install the Intermediate certificate.

Unfortunately there is no Setup a SSL certificate to work with your site in my SSL/TLS.

What should I do know?
