I have an account that has cancelled a service and the status is cancelled. But how do you get WHMCS to remove it totally? So it's not showing.. just gone.. deleted.. caput?!
Thank you.

WHMCS Q?

Re: WHMCS Q?Hi Glen,
In WHMCS, when you view a Product/Service then you can click the button 'Terminate' which will completely remove the account from WHM. If you need a backup then be sure to make one and save it prior to the removal. For your own reference I would not recommend to remove it totally from within WHMCS though, but if you really wish to do so then it can be done by clicking the 'Delete' link at the bottom of the Product/Service page. Let me know if you need any further help with this. Regards, Patrick █ ScarabWeb | Quality Hosting Solutions
