I've seen on hostsearch or hostmaker that one of your customer said the coin of the hosting is that there's no live chat support. And i think he's right it can make more people join and i'm pretty sure it's much easier to use in Live chat support instead of the tickets system.
I Also think if you were making a MSN With live support instead could be good.

True to some degree, and we will definitely be offering live chat support in the future, but right now I cannot say when yet.
Please note though that not all issues can be dealt with via live chat and you might sometimes be asked to submit a ticket after all.

To be quite honest, the way tickets are answered and the speed of them being answered - I personally don't feel there is any need for an online chat system.

And as Patrick said, if there is a complex issue then you'd probably have to raise a ticket anyway.
